How to get there
by car: please make sure to use this following address when using a navigation system: J.M. de Muinck Keizerlaan in Utrecht (area code: 3551JT)
From the direction of Amsterdam
From A2: exit 6 Maarssen / Utrecht north
After 0.6 km turn left onto the ‘Zuilense ring’ (N230) towards Maarssen N230 Maarssen
From Utrecht / Den Bosch
From A2: exit 6 Maarssen / Utrecht north
After 0.6 km turn right onto the Zuilense ring (N230) towards Maarssen N230 Maarssen
Then:
After 2.5 km take the exit towards Oud Zuilen / Maarssen village
After 300 m turn right onto Sweserengseweg (N404) towards Zuilen
At the roundabout take the second exit (Norbruislaan)
At the next roundabout take the third exit (J.M. de Muinck Keizerlaan)
The venue is located directly on your right
by public transportation: From Utrecht Central Station bus 3 towards Zuilen (exit Prince Bernardplein) or bus 4 towards Zuilen (exit the Muinck Keizerlaan) or bus 5 direction Maarssen (exit Prince Bernardplein). From Prins Bernardplein it is a 1 minute walk. From the Muinck Keizerlaan, 3 minutes. Free hotel parking for 60 cars and you can park your car in the entire area around the venue at no costs.
Looking for a hotel?
The venue is located in a residencial area,there are no hotels to be find next door. We recommend you to book a hotel near Utrecht Central Station from where you can take a taxi (approx. 30 minutes) or a bus (see the previous info ‘how to get there’). The train from Amsterdam Schiphol has a direct connection to Utrecht CS (1 hour) Suggestions: NH hotel Jaarbeursplein, Park Plaza and Apollo hotel
Set-up
We are at the venue from 08.30 to welcome you and to help you set up your location (travel agents will be welcomed at 10:00). You will have a table at your disposal with chairs, you can display brochures and one (1) banner. Free wifi and a power outlet.

Prizedraw
There are 2 prizedraws. Those partners who offer a prize will be included in the contest form in which the visitors should answer a question correctly about your product/destination. If you have not yet and still like to offer a prize, please let us know.
Number of travel agents
We expect to receive in total (day & evening) 100 to 120 travel trade visitors.
